EVA by Formosa

Formosa's Taisox is a high-performance Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) copolymer manufactured via a high-pressure process. By incorporating Vinyl Acetate (VA) into the ethylene chain, this method produces a versatile copolymer renowned for its excellent elasticity, high flexibility, and good chemical resistance. As a general-purpose material, Taisox is ideally suited for cross-linked foam applications, including shoe mid-soles and gaskets.
